You will study the PGCert modules plus:

  • NBS8698 Research Methods for Employee Relations
  • NBS8699 Integrative Work Based Project

Entry Requirements

A 2:2 honours degree, although you are not expected to have a first degree or prior experience of studying at university.

Experience in a working role directly involved in the employment relationship is essential. Entry is through the Postgraduate Certificate only.

PG Certificate

You need at least five years’ work experience, including at least one year of working in a supervisory, managerial or employee representative role.
