Standard Entry

Applicants should normally have:

A minimum of a 2:2 honours degree, or Council for National Academic Awards (CNAA) degree, or a Newcastle Business School Diploma in Management Development. Or an equivalent professional qualification with two and half years managerial/supervisory experience.

Chartered-status members of the CIPD may progress directly to the one-year top-up Masters degree. Applicants who are CIPD students or who hold an associate CIPD membership must complete the full two-year programme.
