About the course:
Maximise your team's potential using a host of fun activities and games.

This workshop is a fun - packed day of games and creative activities to energise and motivate your team players. We sprinkle in some team building theory so that everyone gets to appreciate each other's talents and contribution. Your team will explore its strengths and weaknesses and discuss opportunities for improving performance. All
players will have the opportunity to actively contribute and make a difference. The plan is for everyone to feel a part of something great!

Suitable for any group who would like to work more effectively as a team and spend some quality
time together.

Course Content:

• Identify the 9 different roles of an ideal team
• Appreciate your own role within your team
• Understand personality and impact on a team
• Recognise the stages of team development
• List the 5 approaches to handling personal conflict
• Develop a basic understanding of team motivation
• Create an understanding and tolerance of individual differences
• Produce an action plan for improvement
