Environmental Management BSc (Hons) Top Up

These courses allow entry to a degree course at final stage. It has been designed to develop your understanding of environmental problems and the skills, tools and technologies required to manage the environment in a sustainable way.

Building on subjects you will have taken in years 1 and 2 of an equivalent degree programme, you will have the opportunity to study a range of specialist topics including:

• environmental management systems;
• GIS and natural hazards;
• climate change;
• sustainable agriculture.

You may have the opportunity to apply your knowledge to a real work situation by attending a residential fieldcourse in an overseas location.
