Equal Opportunities for Managers
Having an awareness of Equal Opportunities legislation can prevent a business facing an expensive/newsworthy appearance in court on a charge of discrimination! As a manager you have an additional responsibility to ensure your team follows best practice principles in relation to equal opportunities.
Course aim:The aim of this one-day workshop is to promote cooperative working relationships within an organisation.
Course Objectives:By the end of the workshop participants will be able to:

- Explain how to develop a working environment free from harassment
- Compile an action plan to implement their individual learning points from the workshop
A highly participative day of short tutor inputs, group sessions and individual work, which provides participants with an opportunity to explore equal opportunities issues that managers may face at work.
