What you need to know
How will I study?

You will learn to understand the importance of embedding equality and diversity within the workplace setting. You will understand how this is linked to legislation and how to embrace equality and diversity.
How will I be taught?

You will work in a group setting with your peers, either within your workplace or here at the College with employees of other organisations. The trainer works in a consultative way, facilitating learning.
How will I be assessed?

Ongoing assessment of understanding, knowledge and learning throughout the course.
