Is this course for me?
This course suits union representatives or equality officers who
wish to improve knowledge and skills to represent members on
equality and discrimination issues.
What will I study?
This course covers equal rights awareness on gender, age, race
and sexual orientation, discrimination law and skills on taking up
cases for members.

What are the entry requirements?
You will need to be selected by your trade union to join this
course.
How will I be assessed?
Assessment is by the tutor on completion of set activities
during the course. Students meet regularly with tutors to help plan
studies and discuss progress.
What will it cost?
If you are under 19 and a home student, in most circumstances,
you don't pay any fees. However, you will need to find this out
when you apply.
