Course Content
The subject of age discrimination has been very high profile since the Employment Equality (Age) Regulations 2006 made it unlawful to discriminate against a worker on account of their age. The costs of getting it wrong can be disastrous to a business. Unlimited compensation can be awarded and legal costs in this area of law are, due to its complexity, high. This course will give the delegates a good understanding of the law and its ‘practical’ application within their individual workplace environments.
