History
For over 10 years we have provided high-quality health and fitness-related courses, workshops and treatments.
Based in Lewes, we have both a clinic for individual treatments & sessions and small workshops & also a studio for up to 32 students to practice Yoga, Tai Chi,
Pilates, Meditation, Dance or other healthy activity.
