Stratford-upon-Avon College has introduced a new initiative designed to increase the levels of Essential Skills in your workforce. By 'Essential Skills', we mean numeracy, literacy, and the ability to read, write and understand English. Until now if employees have needed training and development, they have often been faced with the prospect of attending College on a day-release basis.
The 'Essential Skills in the Workplace' courses from Stratford-upon-Avon College take away that barrier to learning. Your employees can learn a wide variety of skills that will have a positive impact on your company's performance. A confident, well-equipped team of people will be more efficient and your productivity could benefit as a result. The courses are delivered FREE at your place of work.
Essential Skills at Work
