By 'Essential Skills', we mean numeracy, literacy, and the ability to read, write and understand English. Until now if employees have needed training and development, they have often been faced with the prospect of attending College on a day-release basis.
The 'Essential Skills in the Workplace' courses from Stratford-upon-Avon College take away that barrier to learning.
