Managers in today’s organizations are expected to do the right thing. Ethics is the set of moral principles or values that defines right and wrong for a person or group of persons.  Workplace Deviance is unethical behavior that violates organizational norms about right and wrong. The U.S. Sentencing Commission Guidelines for Organizations were established so that companies can be prosecuted and punished even if management didn't know about the unethical behavior. This course discusses ethical management.

After completing this course, you should be able to:
•State management expectations for ethical behavior
•Describe deviances in workplace ethics
•Summarize the regulatory environment
•Comprehend federal sentencing guidelines
•List the impact culpability has on fines

The course is aimed at anybody involved in Management & Leadership.

No prior qualification required. However, you will need basic IT skills and a computer with internet connection to take part in this course.

You get an IACET endorsed printable certificate on passing the final quiz and scoring 80% plus marks.
