Once you receive your feedback, its then totally up to you as to whether you further your studies. If you wish to progress then you can enrol onto our full Level 4 Certificate course for Higher Level Teaching Assistants.

Students looking to enrol onto this course should meet the following criteria:
Have completed a Level 3 Supporting Teaching & Learning in Schools course or equivalent.
Be aged 16 Years or above
Possess a solid knowledge of the english language
Have access to a PC and the internet for the duration of the whole course
Basic computer skills: e.g Word processing, emailing, uploading documents etc
Have a genuine desire to succeed
No placement required for this taster course.

Assessment

Learners will be required to complete a series of tutor marked assignments ( normally 1 after each unit) as they progress through this course. Each assignment will contain a variety of tasks/questions. These assignments are assessed by your tutor to monitor progress. You will be provided with constructive feedback to help you in completing each unit to the required standard.

Additional information

This taster course will take approx 10 - 15 hours of study time dependant on ability and student background. All students have 2 months to complete and submit the assignments/tasks.
