The Executive MBA is studied over 24-30 months, commencing in September with an induction weekend, followed by 10-15 weekend schools per annum over two years. The schools are held at our Wheatley Campus, conveniently located next to Junction 8 of the M40.
Our MBA looks beyond the programme itself to the individual, and students are offered ongoing executive coaching, which begins during the programme and continues beyond it.
Learning materials facilitate offsite learning, and you benefit from extensive face-to-face tuition and student interaction at the weekend workshops. The Business School library is available to you during normal opening hours, and the virtual library is available online.
Materials for assignments and dissertations can often be sourced from your employer, and your consultancy project can be tailor-made to meet their needs.
The teaching team uses a range of learning strategies, including case studies, interactive seminars, presentations, guest speakers and purpose-written learning materials. The diversity of the students' backgrounds provides a dynamic environment for all the participants to share experiences. On campus you can network with many other students and alumni.
You can participate in international events, including an overseas workshop, which exposes you to a range of challenges facing businesses in different markets. In addition, you can take an elective at one of our partner business schools as an intensive one-week block in another country.
The cost of the Executive MBA includes residential fees for the induction weekend and the international workshop in the second year of the programme. Should you require accommodation for the other weekends we are happy to give you advice, but you make your own reservations. In this way, you choose the level of comfort and services that you require.
