Executive Team Cohesiveness

  • This course with Eskil has brought our team very close to each other with real team spirit. We sat together for five days which is probably much more than that we had in five years. I hope all of us will continue this journey of professional development.

  • I would strongly recommend any corporate and institution to hire any service with Eskil to create rapport in the work environment and enhance methods for conflict management and resolution.
    |
  • Three of us attended Eskil’s workshop and it was a very interesting introduction to team cohesiveness. Some of the case studies used by the facilitators showed us that we weren't alone in trying to build a great team culture during times of change and the different psychology tools used really showed us a way forward. I personally think that this would be a great kick-off for using Eskil’s expertise in team building programs.

Team cohesion is the degree to which an individual wants to contribute to a group’s success - and it develops over time out of interpersonal and group-level dynamics.

Collaboration, respect, trust, communication, constructive conflict, and demonstrating leadership traits (regardless for position) all serve to build a powerful collective within your organisation.

Eskil Training’s ‘Executive Team Cohesiveness’ is a 2-day experience for the boardroom as we explore team strategy (including distributed leadership), team organisation & development, and positive dynamics.

About this course

- Acquaint yourself with the principles of Team Cohesiveness; understand the 6 Work Success Factors.

- Recognise the blockers and enablers of cohesion in your organisation.

- Explore the creation of self-governing teams.

- See the benefit of nurturing leadership traits in all team members.

- Create new and meaningful networks.

Our workshops are based around confidentiality: senior people need a safe 'sandboxed' environment to explore their thinking and so we must create the right space for this to happen.

Based on this, our program is only open to such people as:

- CEOs / Managing Directors interested in growing their strategic capability.

- Members of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) needing to bolster their strategic strengths.

- Members of the Senior Management Team identified for progression into the SLT.

If you are unsure about the suitability of this workshop for you, contact our Concierge Team and they can talk it through with you.

An output of this short course is a personal development plan supported by various psychology assessments, peer discussions and reflective thinking. In addition, you will spend time 1:1 with one of our leadership experts. Our Internal Verification team will review your output prior to sending you your Certification of Completion. All of this can be attached to your CV / HR Record as a demonstration of competence.

Facilitated by former CEOs and leadership experts, our multi-lingual programs are held in high-quality venues using serious games, extensive individual and group exercises, contemporary case studies and more. Our ROI-focused sessions are limited to a maximum of 16 people at a time but our model has been designed for us to deliver 1:1 in certain circumstances.

You will be contacted by a member of our Concierge Team to discuss your motivation for attending the short course and to determine what objectives you are looking for our facilitators to realise for you during the course of the sessions.
