The workshop will spend both days exploring each aspect of the macro and micro environments in detail and how changes in each will affect your business. Once the analysis is complete, delegates will then work on identifying internal systems for monitoring, reporting and acting on changes in your business environment.

The workshop will be very much discussion-based, with some relevant case studies, but the focus very much on applying to the situation in hand.
