Course programme
Our Fast Track Coaching Programme is a way to ensure new employees and newly promoted employees get the best start possible in their new roles and careers, hit the ground running and deliver immediate, outstanding business results.
The first 3 months are critical for any employee new in role. There is a lot to learn and future success is often built on relationships you build in this time frame. Hitting the ground running can be challenging and line managers do not always have the capacity to fully support the individual during this critical time. Providing a new employee and their line manager each with a coach will ensure that both parties can agree and think strategically about what they need to achieve in order to deliver high performance and outstanding results.
These employees have a critical role to play in the creation of, or continued development of High Performance within a Team. Make sure your recruitment and promotion decisions are sound ones by providing support through the FAST TRACK programme.
