Felt Jewellery Taster Class

PLEASE NOTE: The time for this class is 6.30-9pm on weekday dates and 4.30-7pm on weekend dates

Learn all of the basics of making felt jewellery in this fun evening of colorful experimentation!

You will be guided by our expert tutor thought the day in how to make stunning felt jewellery from scratch including:

- The making of felt
- What materials to use and where they can be sourced
- Creating beads and simple structures in felt
- Creating patterns and combining colours
- building up layers
And much more.

Felt is a fun and affordable material to work with. It is extremely flexible and can be used to make subtle pieces or big bold jewellery to stand out in a crowd. It requires very little equipment so it is easy to carry on making felt jewellery at home after the class.

Our tutor for this class is Emma Ashworth, who uses in felt and fabrics in her own work and is an experienced felt jeweller with years of experience.

As with all of our classes, all materials are included in the cost of the class as well as plenty of tea, coffee and luxury biscuits! The classes are all run by expert tutors with years of professional experience who are friendly, knowledgeable and approachable.
