Course programme

This practical, exercise driven training course is aimed at professionals responsible for the modelling and analytical aspects of private equity transactions.

The course is focused on enabling delegates to build robust, transparent models that demonstrate clear linkage of outputs to inputs and enable comprehensive and informed negotiations. It provides an invaluable toolkit and skills that can immediately be put into practice. As well as building models from scratch, exercises will also include understanding, improving and customising existing models to solve real business problems that practitioners face. Key topics include investment structuring, company valuation, financial forecasts and fund performance modelling.

A high quality and practical learning experience, led by a first class faculty of seasoned specialists and industry practitioners. Our course is highly practical and interactive, involving: case studies, group work, exercises and presentations, designed to ensure you and your colleagues at all levels are fully equipped to fulfil their responsibilities.
