The installation of automatic fire detectors is required in new and materially altered dwelling houses, flats and maisonettes in order to satisfy building regulations.
The course is intended to provide guidance on the installation of automatic fire detectors and alarm systems in dwellings in accordance with BS5839 Part 6 and Part B of the building regulations.
