About this course
To give learners an awareness of different mental health conditions and how this may affect a person in their day to day life. To give them the skills to start a conversation and help them where possible. To help them create a mental health action plan.
Anyone! Though this course is aimed at the workplace, the lessons learned can be applied in any part of life.
