Karl has been a fitness professional and trainer for 13 years. Karl has a very diverse and broad expertise in the areas of health and fitness, he talks and lectures on topics from female fat loss, hormones to psychology, exercise, strength and conditioning, injury prevention, performance, nutrition and everything in-between. He has a BSc (Hons). In sports therapy from the University of Teesside and further professional certifications and is currently pursuing an MSc in Rehabilitation.

  5. Planning a Gym sesión

  7. Customer care
  8. Exercise technique for free, fixed, and CV machines
  9. Promoting physical activity

Assessment

Practical assessment (plan, teach and evaluate a Gym session) and Multiple choice theory paper. Internal Worksheets completed during the course
