This REPs approved one-day course will give you the qualification you need to teach beginner to intermediate participants stability ball exercises that can then be incorporated into a group exercise session or taught one to one. This one-day course is packed full of basic exercise ideas using the stability ball for you to start using straightaway or update and refresh your skills.
A Certificate in Level 2 Fitness Instructing is required as a pre-requisite for this course. You will be awarded a certificate of attendance and 8 REPs points.
This one-day course will cover the teaching of basic stability ball exercises with safe progressions and adaptations.
The day will involve:

- Definition of core training
- Benefits of using the stability ball
- Different application
- General guidelines and safety
- Correct alignment and neutral spine
