Acting as your clients' personal health coach, you can encourage them in their weight management challenges, by for example:suggesting clean foods for a more healthy lifestyle. Good diet is a crucial element to healthy living and so clean food, free of additives and consumed as nature intended is an excellent lifestyle approach to good nutrition.
