This course are for cleaners who would like to learn how to manage a variety of cleaning soiling which includes various types of bio-hazards that includes health and safety in the workplace. The aim of this courses is to ensure that learners appreciate the safety requirements when cleaning crime scenes in compliance with their own organisation's policy and best practice.

This course covers the topics listed:- Health and Safety for Bio-hazard cleaners, The law and confidentiality act. Risk Assessment and forensic reporting, Dealing with hazards which are common with blood spillage with reference to electricity, furniture, flooring, continuous monitoring, pre, during and post inspection. Safety Management systems. Staff management and training.
