Foundation Degree Adventure Sports Management
Introduction
This exciting and vocational course will allow you to develop the skills and experience needed for a career in adventure sports.
Practical sessions and residential courses will help you develop your skills and experience in a number of outdoor adventure activities, including canoeing, kayaking, mountain biking, climbing sailing and mountain walking.
The opportunity to pursue coaching qualifications in mountain leadership, single pitch climbing, paddlesport and sailing is supported by our highly qualified and experienced team and these will greatly enhance your career choices.
With our support and guidance you will also develop your ability in a range of academic subjects, designed to broaden your understanding of the adventure sports industry. These are assessed by a variety of methods, including presentations, assignments and projects, and your four week work placement will allow you to put this knowledge into practice.
