You must have four passes at GCSE grade C or above with one relevant pass at A Level, or a London Qualifications Authority National Diploma, Advanced Vocational Certificate of Education or relevant Level 3 qualification. Applicants must be in relevant employment to do this course.

Each module has an assigned module leader
Course structure:
This is a two year course held on a Wednesday 5.00pm - 9.00pm or Friday 9.15am - 1.15pm at the Hebburn campus.
Assessment procedure:
Various assessment methods are used across the modules and may include presentations, reports, business plan, research exercise, portfolio and self assessment
Reports will generally be of 3000 words duration to be handed in at the end of the relevant module and a group/individual presentation.
The activities and assessments contained with both the Personal Development and Personal Development Planning modules fulfil the requirements of progress files; furthermore they are integral to development of academic research skills and analysis.
The Course is moderated by a University Assessment Board
