French, A2-level
AS & A Level
About the Course
At AS level two units are taken in the first year. Work in the early stages is designed to provide a gradual transition from GCSE. You will be encouraged to express your opinions about the topics studied in speech and in writing. Some time will be devoted to exploring how the language works and you will find that this will increase the range and accuracy of what you can say and write. Two further units are taken at A2 level in the second year.Timetabled sessions with a French assistant will help you to speak the language more fluently and accurately and you will have the opportunity to do work experience in the Dieppe area in December.

Youth culture and concerns, health and fitness, education and employment, travel, tourism and environmental issues.
