About this course
understand the basic rules of pairing food and winebe familiar with some of the wines of the regions of Alsace, Loire , Burgundy , Rhone , Bordeaux , Languedoc.
The course is suitable for beginners and also for anyone interested in waiting food with wine. PLEASE NOTE - the selection of cheeses will include cow , goat and sheep’s milks , unpasteurised cheeses and blue cheese.

There are no extra costs - tasting glasses and spittoons are provided. You may wish to bring a small notebook, pen, water and possibly some plain crackers to refresh your plate between wines.
