Full Time AAT Level 3 Diploma in Accounting

Course Description:
The AAT Education and Training scheme offers 3 levels of study: Level 2 Certificate in Accounting, Level 3 Diploma in Accounting and Level 4 Diploma in Accounting. Students can commence study at the Foundation level with no previous accounting experience. Students must register with the AAT to be eligible to sit the examinations.

The Association of Accounting Technicians was formed in 1980 and is the world's leading dedicated professional body for accounting technicians. The AAT qualification provides students with a thorough grounding in a broad range of accounting subjects, which are relevant to the modern business environment. The AAT is sponsored by four of the UK chartered accountancy bodies and offers fast track entry or exemptions into their qualifications for individuals who are AAT qualified.

This programme is also available as an Apprenticeship giving young people aged 16 to 25 the opportunity to combine the experience of working, with the added benefit of college attendance on a day release (or evening) basis.

The Level 2 Certificate and Level 3 Diploma qualifications may be gained through work-based training. If you are eligible, Lincoln College Business Development Centre may be able to assist you in arranging a package of paid work placement (usually 4 days per week) and one day in College.
