Apprenticeships in Hospitality
You can complete Hospitality Apprenticeships and gain qualifications while also working for an employer. You can choose a range of options from NVQs, Technical Certificates and Key Skills on their own to full Modern Apprenticeships qualifications that are approved by the industry. You can begin your apprenticeship at Level 1 and work yourself up to level 3 over a period of up to three years. The following qualifications are available to study in the workplace without attending college:

N.V.Q. Level 1 & 2 Front Office
N.V.Q. Level 1 & 2 Housekeeping
N.V.Q. Level 1 Food and Drinks Service
N.V.Q. Level 1 Quick Service
N.V.Q. Level 1 Food Preparation and Cooking
N.V.Q. Level 1 & 2 Multi Skilled Hospitality Services
N.V.Q. Level 2 Food and Drinks Service ( Food Service Only)
N.V.Q. Level 2 Food and Drinks Service ( Drink Service Only)
N.V.Q. Level 2 Professional Cookery (Preparation and Cooking)
N.V.Q. Level 3 Professional Cookery (Flexible route)
N.V.Q. Level 3 Professional Cookery (Patisserie and Confectionery)
