Is it right for me?
The Army Preparation Course (APC) is designed to teach students the necessary skills to pass at the Army Development and Selection Centre (ADSC). The course achieves this through many different and engaging activities such as teambuilding, military skills, fitness training and outdoor adventure pursuits.

What qualifications will I need?
High level of enthusiasm for a career in the Armed Forces and outdoor adventure pursuits. Entry Level 3 English and Maths.

What will I be learning about?

What is involved?
14 week course including 13 weeks at College spending 4 days per week at College and 1 day per week with the Army and 1week work experience with the Army.

Where will it take me?
Entry to the Army or other Armed Forces.
Entry to a Level 2 Uniformed Public Service or Outdoor Adventure course.

What materials are required?
Approach shoes. Boots and uniform. Sleeping bag. Tracksuit. Cross trainers. General fitness kit.
