Course Details
This course is suitable for anyone wishing to pursue a career as a Beauty Therapist and may not have achieved the grade required to enter at Level 2.

What will I study?
· Ensure your own actions reduce the risks to health and safety

· Assist with salon reception duties

· Prepare and maintain the beauty therapy work area

· Assist with facial treatments

· Assist with nail treatments

All lecturers, as well has having a teaching qualification, are fully
qualified therapists with at least five years experience in the
industry. In addition all tutors continue to practise as therapists.

What could I go on to do when this course is completed?

On successful completion of the certificate, students may
progress onto the Level 2 Diploma in Beauty Therapy.

Celebrating Success

All students studying in year 06/07 completed the course and
progressed to Level 2.
