he course aims to give you a good basic grounding in Engineering. It focuses on practical skills and involves compulsory units in:

  • Electronic Assembly & Electrical Wiring

You will also work towards an NVQ Level 1 or 2 in Performing Engineering Operations. These supplementary qualifications may involve subjects such as fitting, turning, milling and various electrical units. You may be required to continue to study English, maths or IT as part of your course.

Progression
