Course description
The award is designed to provide you with the knowledge and understanding for the VRQ (Vocationally Related Qualification) and NVQ (National Vocational Qualification) in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (Light Vehicle Technicians) Level 2 and includes additional Key Skills and underpinning knowledge. The course provides an alternative route for those who do not have access to employment and an NVQ.
Students are required to complete units to achieve the award

Entry requirements
Admission is subject to interview and you must have achieved City and Guilds 4101 Level 1 Award (or other equivalent) in a Motor Vehicle discipline and GCSEs Grade D in Maths and English.
