ICT BTEC FIRST DIPLOMA
Learning computer principles you will look at hardware specifications, word processing, spreadsheets, databases and website development. You will look at different types of systems software such as the operating system and utility programs that manage computer resources and allow applications to run efficiently.

SYSTEM SUPPORT

ICT BTEC National Award/Certificate Level 3, System Support BTEC National Award/Certificate Level 3, Telecommunications BTEC National Certificate Level 3 or Employment.
