Full Time Entry to EmploymentThis course is for you if:

  • Aged 16-18 and not in school/college, training or employment
  • Confused by all the different options available and unsure about your future plans
  • Need support with building your confidence and motivation to progress
Each young person on this course will be given the opportunity to build their confidence, develop new skills and gain qualifications to help them move forward into further training or employment.

Fee Information: The College charges a range of fees, primarily Home and Overseas. Under 19s assessed as Home, do not pay the course fees, we only charge a 20 enrolment fee which is refunded if you complete the course. Home students over 19 undertaking their First Full Level 2 (equivalent to 5 GCSE A-C) or their First Full Level 3 (equivalent to BTEC National or 2 ALevels) will be charged 20 enrolment fee plus any examination fees. For Home students over 19 receiving certain state benefits, the 20 enrolment is charged and not refundable. In all other instances, you will be charged the Home-EU or Overseas Fee.

About the course:
This programme is designed to support young people to build confidence and skills they need to progress into education, further training or employment.

You will receive help with:
  • Writing your CV
  • Looking for a job (including employability and interview skills)
  • Support to help you improve your Maths, English and IT skills
  • Learn new skills
Assessment:
E2E runs C&G Adult Literacy Level 1 and C&G Adult Numeracy Level 1.
Learners can also complete a portfolio of work to gain Life skills and unit assessments.

After the course:
By bringing together Life Skills, Preparatory Training and NVQ Learning at Level 1 provision into one programme, there is greater opportunities for smoother transition and onward progression. The provision of aftercare services within E2E once the learner has completed their programme also ensures successful onward progression.
