Aromatherapy Massage
Aromatherapy is the specialist application of essential oils which is used in a variety of contexts including uplift, relaxation, stress relief and remedial processes.
The qualification is suitable as the first level of professional aromatherapy. It is suitable for use in either private practice or establishments where aromatherapy treatments are provided and is supportive of the NOS for Aromatherapy from Skills for Health.

Reflexology
Reflexology is a form of treatment based on the belief that the body is dependent upon energy flows which can be improved through specific massage of feet, hands and ears. The treatment is primarily used for stimulation of systems, relaxation, stress relief and alleviation of minor symptoms to assist life changes.

Reiki (optional)
The origins of Reiki lay in the work of Doctor Mikao Usui, who travelled throughout Japan meditating and studying Christianity and Buddhism for spiritual enlightenment in the 19th century. Students will undertake Levels 1 and 2.
