About this course
GCSEs Grade D or above in Maths and English will be required and a mechanical aptitude. Other appropriate qualifications will be considered. All students will be invited in for an interview and initial assessment.

Is this course for you
Students completing this course will be given preference when modern apprentices/employment vacancies become available. This will allow them to carry on and complete an NVQ Level 3 or an advance modern apprenticeship.

Students will be assessed by carrying out practical tasks in the workshop. Students will complete assignment work, undertake on-line exams and construct a portfolio.

Progress to Motor Sport Level 3 or NVQ 3.
