Course Description
A course designed to bridge the gap between supported learning and working in a commercial environment.
This course can be a stepping stone towards our NVQ Hospitality courses. It provides a high level of supported learning, tailored towards your individual needs. You will spend time preparing and cooking food for sale in the college shop, and have the chance to work at, -Fridays in the Brasserie - a busy café style service with great food.
