Course programme
The Furniture Making Diploma programme provides a broad knowledge of competence-based woodworking and furniture making skills. The course programme covers a wide range of traditional and modern skills relating to furniture manufacture. You will be working towards Level 1 and 2 in the first year and 2 and 3 in the second year.

Entry Requirements
4 GCSEs (grades A*-E), including English and maths, or satisfactory results in a relevant Level 1 qualification, and an interview.
Entry to level 3 is based on the satisfactory completion of the level 2 qualification and report from the progression board.

Course Progression
Progression to and/or completion of NVQ Level 2/3 dependent on evidence submitted.

Applying for a Full-Time course
Our term starts the week commencing 5th September 2016,
however you may have different start dates depending on the course.
You will receive the details of your first day over the summer period,
