If you’re looking to work within an International Air Transport Association company, this course will give you the necessary skills and a VIASINC recognised qualification to get you an entry-level role. Under the supervision of a lecturer, you will carry out exercises on a computerised simulation program – a skill that will help you throughout your career in the travel industry, which uses the Galileo Computerised Reservation System as standard. Potential employers will expect you to be CRS or GDS qualified, and this course will fulfil that requirement. After completing the course, you will be able to book flights, sell seats, issue tickets, book car hire and hotel accommodation – all of which are essential skills for many airline roles. Junior Roles Ideally you will have a Level 3 qualification but work experience will be considered on an individual basis.
