A wide range of kitchen and restaurant skills including:

You will have a very practical timetable working in the kitchens and restaurant. Students will also have the opportunity to develop their catering knowledge including healthy eating, producing and selling of a range of dishes.

Full Catering Uniform is required at approximately £250.

Student Services offer advice on bursary funding. Bursaries support essentials such as travel, childcare and kit.
