At Sussex, you’ll learn from experts in climate change and geomorphology. Our faculty help you understand changes to our environment and the key debates around the future of our planet.
We offer an excellent choice of global field-trip destinations, currently including locations such as Los Angeles, the Mojave Desert, Dubai and China. And even when you’re working closer to home, our setting – within the UK’s newest National Park – means you’ll take your learning out into the field.
This course includes an integrated Masters year, allowing you to develop advanced research skills.

About this course
On our Geography MSci, you develop research, numerical, analytical and resource-management skills. This means you can go on to careers in:
international development and environmental conservation
charities
the public and private sectors.
You will also need GCSE (or equivalent) Mathematics, with at least grade 4 (or grade C).
You should also have a broad range of GCSEs 9-4 (A*-C), including good grades in relevant subjects.
