It took over one month for the results to deliver after exams. That was the bad part, at max it should have taken 14 days but it took twice of what they said.

What I would highlight:
After complaints, they put things into perspective, initially my review was bad but they worked on it and worked out well. The trainers were excellent and at the end it was all good. The only thing to bear in mind is not to speak to the foreign call centre as they're of no use.
