We are delighted to welcome Adriana Rabinovich, former Leiths Diploma graduate and author of The Gluten-free Cookbook for Kids, to lead this informative class. Using her knowledge and experience in baking, Adriana specialises in devising recipes with flavour and texture, so that following a gluten-free diet does not mean missing out on all the treats.
With a focus on cakes and biscuits, Adriana will cover classics such as Battenburg and the humble cupcake, to new variations on drizzle cakes and tray bakes. She will also tackle the tricky subject of producing gluten free biscuits with optimum texture and flavour.
