In this time of disruption and unpredictability organisations and managers must skilfully interact with the new risk environment.

Intelligently encouraging risk contributes to the sustainability of an organisation. It’s impossible to predict or eliminate risk events. Successful companies focus their attention on risk as an opportunity, seeking to better understand it from a psychological and cultural perspective.

The challenge is to create an organisational culture where failure is reframed as learning. To shift organisational thinking to support new ideas, develop resilient systems and teams, and add lasting value.
