What do I need to get on the course? Previous experience or a genuine interest in graphic design/media.

What will I study? The technical software used in the design industry, and the design processes involved in developing a project from first brief to finished design solution.
Covers: desktop publishing, website design and production, design skills, portfolio preparation, digital imaging and multimedia.
Software: QuarkXPress, Photoshop, Flash, Dreamweaver and Illustrator.
The staff team includes a British Sign Language communicator and additional support staff.,

What can I do after the course? You can go on to employment, further training, or progress to higher level courses, including University and Colleges of Art and Design.


How much does the course cost? Home students fee for September 2008 will be confirmed. Concessionary students pay a £40 annual registration charge which covers any courses where concessions are available.
