The course is about exploring and practising different aspects of facilitating groups/teams.
It is an experiential course that includes input on theory and group discussion. There will be individual, partner and small group work. There shall be opportunities to practice facilitating.
You will be required to carry out some experiential homework between the two days of the course.

The course assumes that the more aware you are of what goes on in groups the more likely you are to be able to facilitate groups. So time allowing attention will also be given to the often unspoken stuff that goes on in groups but that nevertheless can have a big impact on the atmosphere and tasks of groups.

A suggested reading list will be provided.
