Hand reflexology is not taught on many of the reflexology courses currently available. However, it is still taught in Aor accredited schools and we have opened this course to all trainee and qualifed reflexologists.
Hand reflexology is a useful tool for treating where the feet cannot be used - for instance, if there is injury or infection; or, as we know, there are people who don't like having their feet touched! We also use the hands (the cross reflexes) during VRT (Vertical Reflex Therapy).

This workshop will teach the theory i.e. anatomy, cross reflexes, when to use etc., in the morning. The afternoon will be for the practical sessions, when you will be pairing up to work on each other's hands.

The course earns 7 AoR CPD points - accreditation with the FHT has been applied for.
