Health and Social Care Apprenticeship Level 2

What will I study?
This Apprenticeship covers the wide range of job roles in Health
Care and Social Care field. It combines 'on the job' training with
college study to prepare you for employment. The apprenticeship
covers: NVQ Health & Social Care Level 2, Functional Skills in
English and maths to support your personal and professional
development and a technical certificate such as a BTEC Health and
Social Care certificate to strengthen your knowledge and
understanding.

What can I do next?
This can lead to a progession onto the Level 3 Apprenticeship
and related programmes, or employment in the NHS, Local
Authorities, Armed Forces and the private sector in a range of
roles including support worker, healthcare, social care or personal
assistant.

What are the entry requirements?
You will need to complete an assessment test and interview,
provide two references and have a good record of attendance and
punctuality. We will also require you to have a Criminal Records
Bureau check.

What will it cost?
If you are under 19 and a home student, in most circumstances,
you don't pay any fees. However, you will need to find this out
when you apply.
